The Cardio monitor reads a pulse from a fingertip and displays results digitally. It's easy to read and operate, and includes a handy neck strap for use during exercise or when you are on the go. Simply touch the control button to switch from pulse meter to time clock mode and the digital display shows either heart rate or time of day.
